Please have a look at module help tpsl: TPSL (Third Party Scientific Libraries) is the name of a module containing a collection of outside mathematical libraries that can be used with PETSc and Trilinos for solving problems in dense and sparse linear algebra. The tpsl module is automatically loaded when PETSc or Trilinos is loaded. The libraries included are Hypre, SuperLU, SuperLU_dist, MUMPs, ParMetis, Sundials, and Scotch.
TPSL are optimized also for the AMD Interlagos processor of Monte Rosa and Todi at CSCS.
